HOTEL KOZÁK**** is the first private hotel in Brno. It was founded by Rudolfína and Jan Kozák back in 1904.

The subject of the project is the implementation of energy saving measures in the building of KOZAK INVEST a.s. in the city of Brno. A cost-saving measure consists in technical improvement of the building in the form of a complete insulation of building sheathing, replacement of isolating strips and modernization of lighting.
